Delivery Information

Orders will be via APC , Royal Mail & Hermes . Ordering multiple products - When ordering multiple products as part of the same order, we will inform you, within a reasonable time period, as to whether we will (or can) dispatch on the same day or as part of the same delivery.


Please note that we cannot guarantee that multiple products within the same order will be delivered in the same package or at the same time.


The cards and other products sold by us through our Website and the App are manufactured and shipped from a range of different warehouse locations based in the United Kingdom . All of our suppliers of alcoholic goods are fully licenced under the terms of the Licencing Act 2003.

Covid Update  - Due to the Covid pandemic some delivery services may be delayed so please try and plan ahead when ordering your gifts if possible.

    We use Royal Mail 24 for most of our personalised products and can be tracked once dispatched.


    We aim to process your order within 1 -2 days for non personalised products . Products that can be personalised will have a information tag on the actual product with expected process times .

    Postage cost will be worked out at the payment stage.


    Postage cost depending on weight from £2.90 (up to 1kg)up to £8.29 (over 15kg) .

    We use Royal Mail  for free postage on our personalised cards and chocolate bars . Most of our personalised products and can be tracked once dispatched.

    Postage is FREE for cards and certain chocolate bars . 


    Also from time to time we give out coupons for free postage which have a unique one time code on that can be used at the checkout.
